Steve Wilson is a graduate of North Central University in 1973, with a Bachelor of Science in Theology. From 1973-1993 served with the Ford Philpot Evangelist Association and as Director of Gospel Courier Ministries, touring as a keyboard and vocal artist, earning a nomination in 1988 as vocalist of the year for GMA with his single release; Heaven.

In 1993 Steve changed careers, and is now serving as a Senior VP Benefit Advisor with Benefit Insurance Marketing (BIM) in Lexington, KY. Steve joined BIM to market group HMO’s, PPO’s and employee benefits. Steve has earned certifications in Life Underwriters Training Counsel (LUTCF) and Register Health Underwriters (RHU). He has served as President of Central Kentucky Association of Health Underwriters, and CKAHU Legislative Chair focusing on affordable healthcare.

Steve’s zealous nature and work ethic has earned him top recognition in large group employee benefits market throughout Central Kentucky. Steve and his team assist employers in implementing and servicing high return comprehensive employee benefit programs. In 2006 Steve was instrumental in hiring Rallie McAllister, MD, MPH, MSEH to direct BIM’s wellness initiatives, the first program of it’s kind in the mid west region of the United States.

Steve’s proudest accomplishments are in raising his five children while residing in the Lexington area.

Our August meeting of “Networking” was a fun time for us all! So great getting to know everyone better! So many talented and gifted people in our group! Again, we want to encourage all of you to invite your Pastors, church friends and business leaders…this is not lead by one church! Bethel Harvest Church was our first and still our only sponsor (in which we’re very grateful), but we’d like to add many more sponsors! ALL are welcome…we are all the Children of God!!!

There seems to be a misunderstanding concerning making reservations for the CBL luncheon; we pray the following clarifies it for you for future reference. First, you must make a reservation. Second, either send your check here to Home & Garden Stone (address below), call us (887.9924) with a credit card number or when you make your reservation on-line, pay through PayPal. As of right now (may change in the future), if you make a reservation for lunch, we pay whether you’re there or not; so for this reason, we prefer that you refrain from paying at the door...while it lets you off the hook, we still pay. Many times, new people come without knowing the procedure and if our members did their part, we could better accommodate our visitors. Also, if you do not want to pay the $15 for lunch (which is a great way to visit with other wonderful Christian Leaders), you may still come at no charge and decline the meal, but please call and let us know so that we can make room for you. Thank you for understanding!!!

So with all that said...make your reservations ASAP!!!
